AboutContactMembers4) Be better, be specific
Focus specifically on progress that is relevant to your goals.
You have limited resources you can commit to making progress in fitness.
Most people who will be reading this care about aesthetics, or what they look like.
This will be explored more in [[5) Focus on what matters]], but the best way to look better is to build muscle and decrease body fat.
To build muscle, train like a bodybuilder. Not a Crossfitter. Not a powerlifter. Not an athlete. Not an Olympic lifter. Not an Iron Man.
Train like a bodybuilder.
What does this mean?
Generating force through a full range of motion. The exercise you choose provides the environment for the muscles to stretch and contract.
Be specific.
You will get better at exactly what you practice.
If you stretch, you'll get more flexible.
If you sprint, you'll get faster.
If you do all your exercises on a bosu ball, you'll get...balancier?
If you lift, you'll get stronger.
Energy, time, and effort on anything that doesn't cause you to get stronger or gain muscle is wasted.
