Before implementing Engineered Fitness, you should read through the Principles of Progress.

Standard rep ranges:

  • Strength: 1-6 reps
  • Hypertrophy: 10-15 reps

2. Work out

Week 0 - Establish Baseline

Week 1 - Deliberate Progression

3. Iterate

Repeat until you reach your goals.
