Choose a Rep Range
Standard rep ranges:
- Strength: 1-6 reps
- Hypertrophy: 10-15 reps
2. Work out
Week 0 - Establish Baseline
Download your Week 0 Routine
Week 1 - Deliberate Progression
3. Iterate
Repeat until you reach your goals.
